Skill of using carbon vane:
1, When the new pump is in use, pay more attention to the steering of motor and do not connect with reverse. The pump long time reversal will lead to vanes damaged.
2, The use of pumps environment too much dust, air filtration is not complete will accelerate the wear of the vanes, reduce the life of the vanes.
3, Wet environment will cause the vanes and rotor slot wall corrosion. When air pump start-up parts of the vanes can not be thrown out, the vanes out of uneven stress damage. In such case to check the vanes first and clean up.
4, The use of air pump, frequent switching will increase the number of times the vanes thrown impact, reduce the life of the vanes, should try to avoid.
5, Poor quality vanes will lead to air pump performance or damage to inner wall of the cylinder, should be avoided.

 

How to replace new carbon vanes:
Caron vane is a consumable material,wear to a certain extent will affect the performance of the air pump and eventually damaged. By the time you must replace the new vanes.
1, Before replacing the new vanes, clean rotor slot, air pump cylinder wall, cooling pipe and filter air bag with compressed air.
2, check whether the cylinder wall is worn (too hard material vane will wear the cylinder wall) or not . If the cylinder wall is damaged, the air pump will running noisy and the vane fragile.
3, when installing the vane, note that the direction of the slope of the vane is consistent with the arc of the rotor slot (or that the lower and higher points of the slide width are consistent with the lower and higher points of the rotor slot depth) . If the vane is mounted upside down, the vane will get stuck and break.

4.After the vanes is replaced, first unplug the connecting trachea, start the air pump, exhaust the remaining graphite debris and dust in the air pump, then take over the use.
